Anybody know?

Why in the world will blogger not let me load any pics?! I used to be able to do it with the toolbar across the top of my post and now for whatever reason, I am banned from adding photos. I'm really annoyed by this. If you have any ideas why this would happen or what I can try, I'd LOVE to know! Thanks~ D
