It's been awhile...

It's been a busy week for us here. My birthday was on Monday so I'm officially old....er! It was an oddish kind of day because, well, it was Monday. Jared also forgot it was my bday. He was behind like a whole week! He thought it was still in the teens! I had to laugh. He got me an awesome bike for my birthday! I'll have to post some pics of it soon! It's super girly...the boys won't be sneaking my bike anytime soon like they do with Jared's! LOL Jared threw his back out on Monday so he's been hurting. He was supposed to take Jon and Jake on a snow sports weekend with the scout troop but due to his injuries, they aren't going. It's all good though, the trip has now been officially cancelled anyhow due to broken water pipes and a 300 ft tree taking out the mess hall! Jon just finished up with finals today. He managed to bring ALL of his grades up! I'm pretty proud of him for that! Jake's been dealing with some bussing issues at school and we're hoping to resolve those soon. It's been going on for over 3 weeks now so it's time. Tucker is doing a great job in class. He just gave a speech this week and he was a pro! Tanner's been fighting some sort of bug that's turned him into a defiant little terd. Hopefully he'll be back to his normal sweet self soon. Brennen is officially smiling now! He is the cutest lil thing ever.....so happy all the time. He seems to have a sensitive stomach and even when his tummy's bugging him, he's still happy. I am taking my brother and sisters to dinnner tonight. It should be a lot of fun! I'm really looking forward to getting out of the house for the night.
