11 mos already?!?!
No, he's not officially 11 months just yet but he will be on Monday. How can it be that my Baby B is this big already?! I am just so confused about when this could have all happened. I mean, I've been busily going along my merry way, taking care of my pack of boys and all of the sudden, POOF, the baby is gone and I have this goofy, joking, peanut of a boy! I mean, he FAKE BURPS and everything! He seriously JOKES around with me already! Shaking his head and then laughing when I ask him a question! He's SO smart. He has been on a signing strike. Will NOT sign to me for the past several weeks but, at night, after dinner (when I would normally be nursing him) I sign to him...."Eat more?" No words, just signs and that binky is flung across the couch in an instant. Smart! He's also standing and walking all around my coffee table. I keep forgetting he does this now so I stupidly put my box of tissue there. He's OH TOO HAPPY to pull those tissues out like a madman when he gets to the box. He has been letting go of the table too and just.....standing! He really only falls because he starts laughing so hard when he does it. He gives me kisses too. All the time. Big, slobbery, open mouth baby kisses. The kind where you're kind of not sure if it's a kiss or they're just going to bite your lip. So sweet. (He never does the biting thing, don't know why I'd think it....) The BEST thing in recent times? He's sleeping well again.....finally! He's still got a bit of his cough but he's finally sleeping all night again. It's been forever! With hardcore teething then being sick.....I've been so tired! The time change has been good for him too. PLUS, did I tell you all? He's going to be featured in Pottery Barn Kids Spring catalog! He stole the show! They even requested to see him again for possibly being in the Summer catalog! Hey, as far as I'm concerned, they can use him for EVERY catalog until he's just too big. Heck, they may as well pay for his college education. Works for me! I'll have to take some new pics to post of my sweet (nearly) 11 month old.
