11 days....not that I'm counting!

The boys start school....really soon! Oh, the joy of cleaning a bathroom.....and having it STAY CLEAN for at least 1/2 a day! These are things I only dream about.....dreams that will soon be realities in my house! I know, I'm easily pleased. I picked up the registration paperwork for 3 out of 4 boys yesterday and started filling it out. I have not yet found out where Tanner will be going to school. We're still waiting since we transfer in to the district. They keep us waiting nice and long....sometimes we start school after the official first day....that sucks! Tanner keeps telling me...."Just call Kindergarten and find out where I'm goin Mom!" If only it were that simple. So, the countdown has begun. After our day in SF, we are set on school clothes. Unfortunately we don't yet have a supplies list so things will be nice and sold out by the time we go a'lookin. Oh well, what can we do? We are jam packing this last couple of days with the fun we should have been having all summer. This seems to happen every year as summer is usually gone in the blink of an eye and we all think, "Hmm, we had SUCH plans....what happened?" So, we bowled yesterday, we are off to another fabulous day at Great America today. Not sure what's happening for tomorrow but Sunday will be SF to visit Pier 39 and take a little trip to Alcatraz! The Dad's are coming along for that! Should be fun! Next week we'd like to hit, Santa Cruz beach, Memorial Park for a picnic, the SF zoo, probably Great America again......I'm sure there will be more fun...it's just not been decided on yet! Wish us luck!

That stinks about the schools. Hope you find out before school starts. And I tend to pack stuff into the beginning of the summer. By the end, I figure they're going to be busy enough in the next few weeks, with soccer starting and homework and all, that I tend to take it easier on plans. More free time, and if they spend several hours playing video games, I try not to worry, as the games will be heavily monitored in a week!

Dana, google sitemeter, then get an account. It'll walk you through how to put it on your blog. Then, wait a couple hours or whatever, and click on the referral thingy on the left. It'll show different methods of reaching your blog, some of which are googles. click on those, and it'll take you to the original google. Some weird stuff.

Glad to know I am not the only one with a chronically dirty, pee-ish smelling bathroom. GRRR. It drives me insane. Like for Pete's sake hold on to it and aim!!! BOYS.
