Bday fun

My birthday turned out quite nice! Thank you all for your bday wishes. The boys were so cute....Tanner popped up in bed and yelled "Happy Birthday Mom!" Those were the first words out of his mouth and it was quite obvious that nobody had even had to remind him! I was impressed with that. I went out to a nice lunch with my mom and she gave me some money with the explicit instructions to "spend it on yourself......NOT on your boys!" That's not always easy to do but I'll give it my best shot. When Jared got home from work, he offered to make dinner or order some pizza. I told him that if I was being completely honest, a nice dinner sans kids sounded great to me. He quickly got on the phone and lined up a sitter and we had a great dinner out. The guys also got me some great gifts. Jared is really good about picking out great things. He got me an awesome new moniter! It's HUGE! And, as you may remember, my moniter had just died on me and I was using some ancient, as big as my desk, old moniter. This new one is lovely and flat. 20" screen! He also got me Boogie for the Wii. It's SO much fun! All in all, it was a great day!
