Just a quick post to remind you all to keep those in the path of Ike in your thoughts and prayers. I have a couple of blogging buddies who live in Texas and I am hoping and praying that they, and their families, were able to make it to safety. I cannot even imagine what they must be going through......

Yes, lets keep them in our prayers!!! :]
I thought for sure we had lost our home watching the storm come in from our evacuation place (that got the storm on Sat. morning and it was plenty scary then). We are closer to Galveston than Houston and very, very close to Kemah (the boardwalk with the rides) which has been destroyed, but we were so blessed to have minimal damage and now have power.
