When you've got a 6 pack of boys, everyday is a PARTY! How, you ask, do I manage to stay so sane? That, my friends, is only an illusion......

my new addiction
I have to say that I'm addicted. My new addiction is actually NOT a bad one. You can become an addict too, if you'd like. I think in this day and age, it's a good thing. Ok, so here's the deal......I'm addicted to getting great deals on items I need anyway. Not just good deals....but GREAT deals. I've been regularly visiting Coupon Cravings and Deal Seeking Mom I am learning the ways of the money saving world. I love it that these bloggers will tell me exactly how to get the best deals. Today, I went to Rite Aid to stock up on more diapers because, well, babies go to the bathroom....a LOT! I got 3 packs of Huggies that were on sale for 3/$33. In addition, I was able to use a $3 printable coupon for each pack and then Rite Aid was offering a $10 rebate if you purchase 3...do the math....that's 3 JUMBO packs for just $14! AWESOME! Yes, I believe the insanity is finally setting in with me. Show me a really great deal or a way to get much needed items for free and I'm just delirious with excitement. Somebody help me! If you know of any other websites to help fuel my addiction, by all means, let me know!

This insanity has GOT to stop!
Most of you are well aware of the natural disaster that is Jake. Well, he's still up to his same ole tricks and it's got to stop. He's making me CRAZY! Jared FINALLY agreed to start handling Jake so I can have a break. I know he's an anxious kid and when he's stressed, or hungry, or tired, or his eyes are blue, he acts ANGRY! Anger is his default emotions. All feelings are worth getting angry over (as far as HE'S concerned) Today, I had enough. This was the last day (for awhile anyways) that I will be driving Jake to school. He's slow in the morning. He's unprepared (all the time) and he's always yelling, hitting, calling names, and just generally nasty. He actually had me in tears this morning. Mostly, I think, because I really wanted to just knock him out but I know that's not allowed. He makes me feel like such a terrible mother. What kind of mom doesn't enjoy her own child? I'm just tired of his brothers living in fear. They're afraid of what Jake's going to do to them, their stuff, me....the list goes on. Tucker acts like an abuse victim, even going so far as to protect Jake....it's just unhealthy. I'm so relieved that Jared agreed to take control over Jake. SO relieved!

Holy cow!
Did you happen to see this article? Ok. I personally think it's crazy as hell. I'm not quite sure what the benefit would be and I find it HIGHLY unlikely that the men in the company got much, if any, work done that day. I cannot even imagine a company around here even so much as suggesting something so absurd. What are your thoughts?
